🔁 Extensions: 2 potential renewals of 12 months each

Are you a business process specialist with deep Oracle Fusion expertise? This is your opportunity to help a major organization assess, benchmark, and optimize their Project Portfolio Management practices using Oracle Fusion.

We’re looking for 3 consultants to drive a 3-phase transformation project:

Phase 1 – Current State Assessment
🔍 Deliver a Gap Analysis Report:
🔍 Map current project management workflows
🔍 Review Oracle Fusion PPM module setup
🔍 Summarize stakeholder input across Engineering, Finance, IT
🔍 Identify gaps and misalignments vs best practices

Phase 2 – Benchmarking & Opportunity Identification
📊 Develop an Opportunity Prioritization Matrix:
📊 Benchmark processes vs Oracle and industry standards
📊 Identify process inefficiencies and underused features
📊 Classify improvement opportunities (quick wins & long-term)

Phase 3 – Optimization Roadmap
🛠️ Create a full Implementation Plan:
🛠️ Recommend technical and process improvements
🛠️ Provide configuration, training, and change enablement support
🛠️ Define KPIs and transition plans for sustainability

Ideal Candidate:
🔧 Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion (PPM module especially)
🔧 Business process mapping and gap analysis skills
🔧 Experience developing optimization roadmaps and training plans
🔧 Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, IT, etc.)
