Business lead (regulatory)

Position: Business lead (regulatory)
Client: Enterprise Bank
Type: 6 months+ extensions to 2 years
Location: Hybrid 2-3 days a week
Rate: 80-88/hr depending on incorporated or not

Required Skills & Experience
• Proven experience as a Business Lead or equivalent senior business role in regulatory environments
• Background in compliance, regulatory, risk, or enterprise change environments
• Demonstrated experience leading business execution across multiple projects
• High degree of critical thinking and comfort operating in ambiguity
• Strategic mindset
• Experience creating executive summaries and decks (PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative, with experience working across multiple lines of business

• Experience in process optimization
• P&L product experience
• Canadian banking experience
