🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Analyst  – Recruitment (Contract)
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite at King St W)
🕒 6-Month Contract | 37.5 hrs/week
We’re looking for a Business Analyst  – Recruitment to join a high-impact, global initiative within a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence. This role sits at the intersection of recruitment strategy, technology, and project delivery—perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Lead/support end-to-end CRM implementation lifecycle
Partner with TA, HR, vendors, and global stakeholders
Translate business needs into functional requirements & specifications
Coordinate testing (UAT), issue resolution, and deployment readiness
Facilitate workshops and drive process standardization
Manage risks, timelines, and vendor relationships
Ensure clear communication across global teams
✅ What We’re Looking For
3–5 years in Project Management or Business Analysis
2+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / TA COE
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience with ATS/HR tech (SuccessFactors, Workday, CRM tools like Beamery)
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and global projects
⭐ Nice to Have:
Recruitment tech implementation or system rollout experience
Spanish language skills
