Support large-scale healthcare transformation across the provincial health system through effective use of ICT.

The role involves driving standardized digital processes, developing current and future-state operating models, and enabling service delivery improvements in both clinical and administrative healthcare environments.

Key responsibilities include gap analysis, business case development, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, and leading teams of business analysts in complex transformation programs.

Requires strong leadership, healthcare transformation experience, and multiple certifications (ITIL, PRINCE2, and Prosci).
