Job Title: Business Analyst – Pharmacy Solutions
Location: Mississauga, ON (3 Days onsite)
Duration: Contract
Qualifications and Skills Required:
• Education: Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Experience:
o 6+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
o Proven expertise in working with systems like Kroll Pharmacy Management Software, IVR eFax, and Pharmacy Mobile Apps.
• Technical Skills:
o Strong understanding of Pharmacy Management Systems and integrations.
o Familiarity with scripting and data analysis to support SSP creation.
o Knowledge of OTC processes and infrastructure.
• Analytical Skills:
o Exceptional ability to analyze complex workflows and propose effective solutions.
o Experience creating business requirements, process flows, and functional design documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with pharmacy compliance regulations and standards.
• Experience working with eRx (electronic prescribing systems).
• Previous experience integrating pharmacy systems with third-party solutions.
