Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst/IT Project Manager to provide leadership and project management on large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk IT projects. In this role, you will ensure that project deliverables meet client business requirements on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level projects and technical documentation in an IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex IT projects for I&IT initiatives.
Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements and are completed within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline.
Oversee project scope, risk management, resource allocation, schedule, and cost management.
Develop and manage project documentation, including recommendations for revisions, changes in scope, content, and reproduction methods.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
Government Experience: Preferred.
Project Management: 10+ years managing large-scale enterprise projects, including scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs.
Documentation Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the creation of technical and project documentation.
Process and Methodology: Experience recommending revisions or changes to published material, guides, documentation, and frameworks.
Technical Knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with I&IT project management frameworks.

Knowledge and experience with the following computing environments:
Oracle Database
Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux)
Windows Server Operating Platforms
WebLogic and Microsoft IIS Web/Application Servers
Mainframe Applications

Tools & Processes:
Experience with tools for creating, distributing, and maintaining project documentation.
Experience in conducting cost-benefit analysis for project evaluation.
