Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: New Brunswick

Contract (12-months)

Remote will be considered (but onsite when required)

Must Haves:

University Degree or Post-Secondary diploma in IT or equivalent program
5+ years of IM/IT Experience related to the design, development, maintenance, or analysis of business applications.
3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst
Spoken and written competence in English.
Scored Requirements

3-5 years Demonstrated hands-on experience in remote or in-person facilitation and requirements gathering by preparing and asking probing questions, performing current state and future state analysis for designing and developing the application in the large and complex enterprise level project delivery.
3-5 years Demonstrated experience documenting business and application processes, diagramming the required process flows and documenting interfaces within application sub-systems, with external systems and between new and existing systems.
3-5 years Demonstrated experience in developing requirement traceability matrix, product backlog, user stories, wireframe/prototype, user acceptance criteria and oversee the user acceptance testing.
3-5 years Demonstrated experience in performing business process analysis for complex business transformation initiatives by managing stakeholders in cross functional environment to develop the use cases for application customization.
3-5 years Demonstrated competency in interactive communication and effective collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders and experience working within a team environment.
Current certification from a recognized professional business analysis association, such as PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP would be an asset. (Proof of current certification in good standing)
1-3 years Demonstrated experience working in a project setting in government public sector in Canada.
1-3 years Demonstrated experience using SAFe, Agile or similar methodology
1-3 years Demonstrated experience using Azure DevOps
1-3 years Demonstrated experience designing user interfaces for mobile-responsive web applications.
Demonstrated experience in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project data from multiple sources to support project status reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level summaries.
