Hiring: Business Analyst – Intermediate (ServiceNow)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
⏳ Experience: 5+ years
🕒 Work Hours: 7.25 hrs/day
🔹 Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery & Service Mapping
🔹 Hands-on with ServiceNow Agile 2.0 & CMDB (CSDM)
🔹 Good understanding of ITIL, infrastructure, network & application architecture
