🧠 What You Bring:
✔ 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Insurance/Finance systems
✔ Strong understanding of insurance accounting standards
✔ Hands-on with SQL, Oracle/Postgres, ETL and data modeling
✔ Clear communicator, detail-oriented, and a problem-solver
✔ Comfortable with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
