What You’ll Do:
Lead and conduct end-to-end business analysis to assess complex business problems and opportunities.
Translate functional requirements into detailed, technical business requirements.
Develop critical project artifacts including context diagrams, use cases, and use case models.
Map out system diagrams, process maps, stakeholder maps, and assessments.
Author comprehensive business cases and conduct rigorous options analysis.
Top Skills We’re Looking For:
Proven experience leading BA initiatives for large-scale enterprise or public sector projects.
Strong expertise in systems diagramming and technical requirement documentation.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

📌 Prior Ontario Ministry/Public Sector experience is a massive asset!
