Business Analyst

Our banking client is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Canadian banking to join their team for a 6 month contract with room for extension located in downtown Toronto. They are onsite 3-4 days per week.

They are offering $70/hr inc. based on a 37.5 hour work day.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in complex delivery environments.
2) Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and user stories.
3) Proven ability to create process maps, workflows, and functional specifications.
4) Strong stakeholder management and communication skills bridging business and technical teams.
5) Experience working within Agile environments and understanding SDLC phases.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Working experience in the banking/financial services industry would be an asset
2) Knowledge of credit and risk management applications.
3) Experience supporting large transformation or system replacement initiatives.
