LOOKING FOR: Bilingual – (IT Support) Payment Operations Centre Analysts
Locations: Open to Greater Ottawa Area OR Greater Toronto Area

Payments Canada governs the essential clearing and settlement infrastructure that keeps our country moving. We are currently looking for a talented Bilingual Payment Operations Centre Analysts (Level 2/3) to join our Payment Operations Centre team!
What we are looking for:
✔️ MUST be fully fluent in BOTH French and English to be considered
✔️ Minimum 3 years in an operations support and/or Service Desk environment.
✔️ Proficiency in executing ITIL functions (Incident, Request, Change, Problem Management) and a strong grasp of modern OS, SAAS, and networking.
✔️ Highly reliable and ready to work permanent shifts, participate in on-call rotations, and periodic overtime to support a 24/7 infrastructure.
✔️Must pass comprehensive background checks (criminal, credit, identity, employment, and education)
✔️ASSETS: Experience with supported tech (Lynx, SWIFT, ACSS/USBE, ITSM, Google Workspace, Jira/Confluence) and ITIL, HDI or similar certifications.
