Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst (French/English) – Level 1 Support | Contract – North York
We’re hiring a Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst for a fast-moving 6–12 month contract supporting a high-volume enterprise environment.

📍 Key Details
Role: Level 1 IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: North York, 1 day per month is office
Duration: 6–12 months
Shift: Rotational (includes 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST)
Training: 3 weeks (Mon–Fri, 7 AM – 4 PM)
⚠️ Must Be Comfortable With
Evening & weekend rotations
2:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST shift long-term
High-volume support environment (40–60 tickets/calls daily)
No rate negotiation for first 6 months (submitted rate is final)
💻 What You’ll Do
Provide first-line IT support (Windows, M365, apps, access issues)
Log and resolve incidents in ticketing systems
Troubleshoot and escalate when needed
Support enterprise users across Canada
Deliver top-tier customer service in a fast-paced setting
🔧 What You Bring
1–3+ years in IT Help Desk or call center support
Fluent in French & English (mandatory)
Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
Familiarity with ServiceNow / Jira or similar tools
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
