Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate . The position involves providing day-to-day operational support within a dynamic team environment, ensuring compliance with policies and delivering excellent service. Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr – $27.70/hr

Responsibilities

Manage daily volumes to meet service timelines
Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards
Exercise sound judgment and escalate issues appropriately
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and risk controls
Communicate clearly with internal partners and external stakeholders
Demonstrate attendance reliability and accountability
Support team efforts and participate in ongoing training
Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Data entry experience (minimum 3 years)
Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational abilities

Banking industry experience
