AVP of Claims Analytics

Zurich Canada is growing and we’re looking for an AVP of Claims Analytics.

Role: AVP, Claims Analytics | Hybrid

What sets this hire apart:

Team building is the core of it – this person has stood up analytics functions before, hired and developed talent, and knows how to lead a team through that growth, not just manage one that already exists. Claims or insurance domain knowledge is a plus, but the leadership and build experience matters more.

Insights is only half the job – the other half is getting people to actually look at it. This person raises the bar on visual storytelling, moving the team beyond standard dashboards into something more compelling.

AI is part of the toolkit too – someone who sees where it can reshape workflows and drive real efficiency.

And just as important: developing talent. This person coaches their team to become sharper visualizers and storytellers, not just competent analysts.
