Are you ready to shape the future of enterprise AI? We’re seeking a skilled AI Developer to own the full AI lifecycle—from problem definition and data prep to LLM solution design, deployment, and continuous improvement. Work on cutting-edge projects leveraging Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure, Databricks, and MLOps. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful AI solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Build production-ready LLM and AI systems (RAG, prompt engineering, agentic flows).
Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured & unstructured data.
Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI models in cloud environments.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Must-Have:
Strong Python development skills.
Proven experience delivering AI/LLM solutions end-to-end.
Cloud experience (Azure preferred) & data engineering skills.
Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with enterprise AI platforms like Databricks.
Knowledge of AI governance, ethical use, and regulated environments.
Details:
Salary Range: $88–$96/hour (IC)
Contract Duration: 12 months, 40 hrs/week
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days remote)
Location: Oshawa
