AI Developer – Hybrid (Toronto, ON)
Salary: $88–$96/hr (I.C.)
Location: Hybrid – 4 days remote, 1 day onsite
Duration: 12 months | 40 hrs/week
We’re looking for an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions! Work with large language models, predictive analytics, and document intelligence to enable intelligent search, conversational apps, and decision support.
What you’ll do:
Build production-ready AI systems using Python and modern frameworks
Develop data pipelines for structured & unstructured data
Deploy and operate AI solutions on Azure and Databricks
Apply MLOps practices: version control, deployment, monitoring
Collaborate using GitHub, participate in code reviews, and document solutions
Ensure ethical, reliable, and explainable AI solutions
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Physics, or related field
Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML systems
Hands-on Azure & Databricks experience preferred
Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based deployments
Excellent communication skills
