Position Details
📍 Location: Ottawa, Ontario
🏢 Work Arrangement: Onsite
📄 Engagement: 12 Month Contract
💼 Independent Contractors Only
❌ No C2C or Incorporated Consulting Firms
🔒 Reliability Security Clearance required or the ability to obtain one prior to start

Mandatory Qualifications
-Proven Agile Project Management experience
-Experience leading Agile and Waterfall technology projects
-Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
-Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies
-Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and cross functional teams
-Experience using Azure DevOps
-Strong organizational and problem solving skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Eligible to work in Canada

Desired Skills
PMP, Scrum Master, PMI ACP or similar certification
Financial Services or Insurance industry experience
Experience with Planview
Experience with Mural
Continuous improvement mindset
Strong facilitation and coaching skills

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile and Waterfall project delivery
Develop and manage delivery plans
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Align business and technology teams
Drive successful delivery while removing roadblocks
Provide executive level project reporting

Compensation
💲 Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
