Role – Advanced CRM analytics specialist
Location: Toronto(Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced-Data Analytics and Insights:
• Leverage data science methods, including predictive analytics, machine learning models, and statistical analysis, to identify customer behavior patterns and key performance trends.
• Develop data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
CRM Platform Expertise:
• Utilize deep knowledge of CRM platforms to utilize advanced features, integrations, and customizations that enhance business outcomes.
• Work with complex datasets within the CRM to design and implement scalable solutions for data management and reporting.
Predictive Modeling and Personalization:
• Create and deploy predictive models to improve lead scoring, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value forecasting.
• Design dynamic, data-driven personalization strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Data Integration and Quality Management:
• Ensure seamless data integration between CRM systems and other enterprise tools (e.g., marketing automation, data lakes).
• Maintain data quality, governance, and security standards to ensure reliable insights.
Visualization and Reporting:
• Develop sophisticated dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex data insights in an accessible and actionable format for stakeholders.
• Define and track key business metrics, translating findings into strategic recommendations.
