Remote for talents in Canada, must work ET hours

𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞: Contract T4 only

𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
→ 10+ years of experience with modern JS frameworks
→ Hands-on with ReactJS, NodeJS, REST APIs, microservices, databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
→ Cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD
→ Lead developers, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers

𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐀𝐈 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦
→ 5–8 years as a BA, ideally with EdTech, SaaS, or AI product experience
→ Support AI Teacher Assistant and AI Student Tutor programs
→ Own backlog hygiene, requirements refinement, and agile support
→ Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
→ Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to drive issues to resolution
