✅ 10+ years in cybersecurity & network security
✅ Hands-on with SDN, SSE/SASE, Zero-Trust, endpoint security
✅ Cloud security (Azure/AWS/GCP) & AI/ML-driven automation
✅ SIEM, SOAR, incident response, vulnerability management
✅ Security operations metrics & stakeholder engagement
✅ Ontario K–12 school board experience
✅ Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP)
