Our client, a global financial services leader is seeking an experienced IT/Technology Talent Acquisition Specialist to support North America.

In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technology hiring—partnering closely with business leaders and candidates to optimize speed, quality and experience.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬:
• Manage a portfolio of 20 – 25+ active requisitions across technology functions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent
• Partner with hiring leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment from intake to offer

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• 5–7+ years’ Talent Acquisition experience in both agency + corporate environments
• Deep networks and proven success recruiting IT/Technology professionals in competitive markets
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with urgency and precision
• Previous experience recruiting in fast-paced dynamic environments is highly desired (e.g. start-ups, technology, telecom)
