Skills
✅ 10+ years of Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design
✅ 4+ years of AI/ML & Generative AI (LLMs, RAG)
✅ Conversational AI, Chatbots, Voicebots & IVR
✅ Azure OpenAI, AWS/Bedrock, Amazon Connect or Google Vertex AI
✅ Contact Center integrations (Genesys, NICE CXone, Cisco)
✅ Azure/AWS, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
✅ Python, Java or JavaScript
✅ Public Sector experience preferred
