LanceSoft, Inc. is hiring for hashtag#Bilingual Change Management (CM3) in hashtag#Fredericton, NB, Canada (Onsite).

Role: Bilingual Change Management (CM3)
Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick(Onsite)
Duration: 06 MONTH of contract + possible extension.
Must Have:
Demonstrated and verifiable 5yrs. experience in the development of change management plan and implementation of those plans on medium to large transformational projects with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated 5yrs. experience in developing and delivering training to a diverse group of users and employees through in-person and virtual approaches in both official languages (French and English).
Certification as Change Manager Practitioner, or any advanced certification.
experience in the development of communication management plans and implementation those plans in diverse groups of audience.
