Job Title: IT Trainer / Designer – Intermediate
Location: Onsite, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop cutting-edge training programs utilizing proven adult learning methodologies like the ADDIE model.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging, practical learning materials.
Facilitate interactive virtual training sessions, ensuring high levels of learner engagement and retention.
Manage training logistics such as enrollments and attendance through the Learning Management System (LMS).
Leverage data visualization tools like PowerBI to provide actionable insights on training performance.
Develop computer-based training videos using Articulate 360, Canva Pro, Murf.ai, and other eLearning software.
Apply expertise in Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Lists, Forms, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel) to support training initiatives.
Demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time/project management skills.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience developing computer-based training videos using Articulate 360.
3+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer or eLearning Developer.
3+ years of experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
3+ years of experience applying various learning and training principles and methodologies.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 implementation projects, particularly within Office 365 environments.
Experience in large-scale organizations, and familiarity with government or procurement processes, is an asset.
