ITSM Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an ITSM Consultant who will be responsible for improving IT service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness, specifically within the Incident, Change, and Problem Management spaces. You will join a team well-versed in the current operational processes and standards, to bring a more formal technology-level analysis and roll-out of best practices.

You will analyze the current state of the organization’s IT processes, systems, and capabilities; identify gaps, issues, and areas of improvement; design and implement ITSM solutions that align with the organization’s vision; provide guidance to the IT staff and stakeholders on ITSM principles, methods, and tools; monitor, measure, and report on the performance and outcomes of the ITSM; and communicate with the team on best practices and findings.

This is a 6-month contract term; Hybrid with 3 days WFH and mandatory in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week in the Mississauga office.
