Lead Salesforce Business System Analyst

Job Description

Quarry Consulting is looking for “Lead Salesforce Business System Analyst” with 6 years of experience integrating projects.

Contract: 5 months
Location: Hybrid 2 days/week Toronto

Responsibilities:
• Bridging the gap between IT and Business stakeholders, driving cohesion at a program level
• Current state systems mapping and documentation
• Uncover areas of improvement and develop enhancement solutions
• Oversee implementation projects
• Familiarity with marketing automation and databases
• Familiarity with Adobe, Braze, and Salesforce as Marketing enablement systems
• Program-level leadership experience as lead BSA of multiple integrated projects
• Expert communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to adapt communication with a great level of impact to a diverse set of users and stakeholder groups
