Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements for finance systems, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and align on project scope, delivering change proposals that are customer-centric and business-aligned.
Leverage your knowledge of Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) and mainframe constructs to develop functional specifications and conduct gap analyses.
Conduct SQL queries and use Oracle & PostgreSQL databases to support data analysis, impacting P&L statements and balance sheets.
Perform system testing and validation, ensuring that all updates are accurate, compliant, and meet user expectations.
Create detailed documentation, including process maps, data models, and user stories, while maintaining data dictionaries and preparing reports for stakeholders.
Provide training and end-user support on new system functionalities.
