The Director of Finance will oversee all financial reporting, controls and processes while ensuring the organization’s staff are well supported and enabled to support business objectives. Reporting to the Managing Director, main responsibilities include:

Direct the management and control or the accounting function, including asset/liability management, investment management, risk and performance management, reporting and analysis and the timely submission of statutory filingsPlan, develop and manage all budgets and reserve fundsOversee the preparation of annual audited financial statements and liaise with external auditorsDevelop a culture of budget-conscious decision-making and financial accountabilityEnsure compliance with operational policies and applicable standards and regulationsDevelop and oversee the HR management strategy and liaise with leadership to enable proper performance evaluations and goal settin
