The Client:

The client is a Big 5 bank’s top advisory group with over 25 years of success working with a very select group of ultra-high net worth and family office individuals. The group is currently looking for a Marketing and Project Coordinator to continue to expand our existing digital channels and explore new ways to reach prospective clients our group can best serve.

 

What you will achieve in this role:

 

Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business and social mission goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.Support the development and maintenance of internal marketing tools, including prospect databases.Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy, and that of the social mission organization.Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.Research market trends, client behaviour, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to leadership.Create digital communication content to connect with the brand’s audience.Employing and analyzing web analytics to create and revise digital content to increase the number of target audiences reached.Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.Manage the group’s relationship with our partners and vendors to ensure website media, copy, social media posts, and physical and digital assets are properly maintained.Ensure the brand’s assets are being used correctly by team members.Conceptualize, create, and design physical marketing material and collateral in line with branding guidelines.Conceptualize, film, coordinate and edit videos to send to clients and/or post on our website.Work with vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to a high standardPlan meetings, events, and conferences by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.Lead, photograph, and edit team group and individual photos.Support new business by developing custom digital and print proposal templates.Create slide deck templates.Carry out full-cycle marketing campaigns.Set marketing goals.

What you must bring to this role:

 

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a field related to marketing, advertising, or communications.2+ years’ experience in a role focused on marketing coordination or a similar area.Proficiency in both traditional and digital marketing techniques, including content creation and social media strategies.Hands-on experience with data analytics tools for conducting research, as well as assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.Strong skills in utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud products such as Premier Pro, Photoshop, Acrobat, Lightroom, etc.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.Understanding of website hosting platforms like WordPress and Digital Agent.Experience with design software, email marketing tools, and other marketing applications (e.g., Canva, Keynote, MailChimp).Acquainted with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.Capable of managing search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts.Strong communication and presentation abilities.An interest and skill in photography and videography.Expertise in detailed data management and organizing documents.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
