Training Developer

💼 Position: Training Developer
📍 Location: Calgary OR Toronto (Remote)
⌛ Job Duration: Longterm Contract Position

Job description:
Supervise and collaborate on all aspects of talent development through the design and development of SAP S4/HANA training (tools, standards, templates, curricula). The training content developer is proficient in all aspects of training delivery, including support activities (Hypercare).

Required skills:
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline
Experience with SAP EnableNow, Walk Me Digital Adoption Platform
Experience using Articulate or similar content authoring tools
Experience developing Instructor Led Training Materials, eLearning, Simulations
Knowledge of the learning delivery cycles
Experience/interest in developing and delivering training materials
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Gmail, Slides)
SAP or other ERP certification (preferred)
Bilingual (French and English) (preferred)
