We’re looking for a highly experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, CSM, Flow Designer, and ATF.

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
• 10+ years ServiceNow Development / 10+ years overall IT experience
• ITSM & CSM modules
• Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies & UI Actions
• Flow Designer & ATF
• ServiceNow Data Model, ACLs & Workflows
• REST/SOAP APIs & IntegrationHub
• Troubleshooting, RCA & Production Support
• Upgrades, Deployments & Release Management
• ServiceNow CSA – Mandatory
• Agile delivery experience

⭐ Nice to Have: CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, Finance/APO experience, CMDB & Knowledge Management.
