🚨 WE ARE HIRING: Product Manager / Product Owner (Health Claims & Benefits) 🚨
We are looking for a driven, self-starting Product Manager / Product Owner to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for our Health Benefits Administration & Claims Adjudication platform.
💼 Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
🇨🇦 Location: Canada-wide
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🗣️ Requirements Elicitation: Partner with business stakeholders to run workshops, define use cases, and draft clear technical design docs.
📐 System Architecture & Data Modeling: Create robust solution architectures, REST/SOAP integration workflows, process maps (BPMN), DFDs, and ERDs.
🤝 Stakeholder Advisory: Act as the primary technical bridge between business units and IT engineering teams.
🔍 Gap Analysis & Technical Oversight: Evaluate current architectures, resolve bottlenecks, and guide QA/UAT strategies.
⚡ Must-Have Requirements
🏥 Domain Expertise: Direct background in Health Benefits Administration or Health Claims Adjudication (Mandatory).
🛠️ Tech Stack & Integration: Strong experience with software architecture patterns (RESTful APIs, SOAP) and relational databases (SQL Server).
📊 Systems Analysis Mastery: Proven capability in requirement engineering, data flow analysis, and process modeling (Visio).
🔥 Nice-to-Haves:
Experience driving legacy modernization projects.
Background in custom web application development, ERP/CRM integration, or data platform implementations.
