🔑 Must-Have Skills
Strong background in health data
Public-sector/government experience required
Strong experience with SQL, Python, Azure, and Power BI
Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines and analytics products
Experience with large health system and administrative databases
Experience with data linkage and building analytic cohorts
Ability to design cloud-based data models, dashboards, and reports
Strong technical documentation and communication skills

⭐ Desired Skills
Health data linkage experience
Familiarity with Mental Health & Addictions data and clinical concepts
Knowledge of PHIPA, data privacy, and governance
Experience working in product-team delivery environments
📊 Key Deliverables
