Title: Senior Salesforce Security Engineer

Assignment Type: 2 days onsite

Hours per day: 7 hours

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Security Engineer to lead the security strategy, governance, assessment, and optimization of enterprise Salesforce platforms. This role will play a critical part in strengthening Salesforce security architecture, driving compliance initiatives, implementing secure development practices, and establishing a sustainable security governance framework.

Mandatory Certification:

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience architecting Salesforce solutions from design through implementation.
Experience with at least three enterprise Salesforce implementations involving complex business processes and integrations.
Strong experience with:

Salesforce security models and controls
Salesforce Shield
Identity & Access Management (OAuth, SAML, SSO, MFA, Federation)
Security audits and compliance reviews
Vulnerability assessment and risk management
DevOps methodologies
Secure coding standards and static code analysis
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities

Nice to Have Skills:

SDLC Foundation Certification (or higher)
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
