Senior Product Manager / Product Leader – Canadian Contractor Only

On-site: St. Catharines or Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $400.00 to $ 750.00 CAD per day

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager / Product Leader to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of complex digital products and IT initiatives.

In this role, you’ll:
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
Lead Agile/Scrum product teams across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live stages
Manage product backlogs, priorities, KPIs, and release planning
Conduct customer discovery and validate business opportunities
Identify and mitigate risks while influencing senior stakeholders
Deliver executive reporting, governance updates, and product communications

We’re looking for professionals with:

10 years of experience

Strong Product Management and Agile delivery experience
Expertise in roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change
Knowledge of Azure, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, and collaboration tools
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Provincial Government experience preferred
