🚨Looking for a Senior IT Project Control Officer (PCO) for a major Financial Institution client🚨

📍 Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day WFH) – Toronto, ON
⏰ 12 months (high possibility to extend)
💰 $70/hr (INC) – MAX

We are seeking a Project Control Officer to drive mandatory remediation initiatives within a large-scale enterprise transformation. In this role, you will lead end-to-end project monitoring, financial oversight, and schedule tracking across complex, multi-year workstreams. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to maintain governance, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with strict regulatory timelines.

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered.

Required Qualifications:
-Project Monitoring & Control: 7-10 years of dedicated experience managing schedule tracking, financial variance analysis, and reporting for large-scale enterprise programs.
-RAID & Artifact Governance: Proven expertise maintaining Risk, Action, Issue, and Decision logs while managing project artifact compliance for delivery assurance reviews.
-Delivery Methodologies: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience navigating Waterfall/PDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery frameworks.
-Technical Tooling: Hands-on proficiency using Jira, Confluence, Clarity, SharePoint, and advanced MS Office applications to track milestones and build executive reporting.
-Stakeholder Management: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of driving clarity across multi-faceted project teams in ambiguous environments.
-Financial Management: Extensive background consolidating monthly cost forecasts, tracking actual spend, and managing Project Change Requests (PCRs).
