Are you a seasoned DevOps and QE professional looking to make an impact in financial services technology?
Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a talented Senior DevOps & Quality Engineering Engineer to join our RBC Insurance Technology team in Mississauga (Meadowvale Business Park, 6880 Financial Drive).
In this role, you’ll:
✅ Lead DevOps and QE initiatives for Salesforce applications
✅ Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Flosum (or similar Salesforce DevOps tools)
✅ Drive deployment automation and release management excellence
✅ Build and enhance automated quality gates across the pipeline
✅ Define end-to-end test automation strategies
✅ Partner with developers and architects to shift quality left in the SDLC
✅ Mentor and guide engineering teams with technical best practices

What we’re looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, QE, or test automation
• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise (Flosum, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT)
• Proven experience designing enterprise CI/CD pipelines
• Expert-level Git and branching strategy knowledge
• Solid QE background with test automation experience
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Agile/Scrum mindset with excellent collaboration skills

Bonus points: Salesforce certifications, FSC/Experience Cloud experience, or background in financial services technology.
