QA Analyst

Exciting opportunity for a QA Analyst in Scarborough, requiring 3 days of on-site work with a rate of $55/hr.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 8+ years of demonstrable, practical hands-on experience as a Quality Assurance Tester
– Strong hands-on experience in Functional Testing / UAT
– 5 years of experience executing System Integration Testing (SIT) across multiple applications and interfaces
– 4 years with API Testing using tools such as Postman
– Experience validating end-to-end business workflows and cross-system integrations
– Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites
– Strong understanding of defect lifecycle management using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
– Experience performing data validation and backend testing using SQL
– Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot issues, and identify root causes during integration testing
– Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
– Strong collaboration and communication skills with business users, developers, and project teams
– Banking background preferred
