🚨 HIRING: Operations Officer III | Mississauga, ON
📍 Location: Mississauga, ON
🏢 Hybrid: 4 days onsite + 1 day WFH
🗓 Duration: 8 months | Extension/Conversion possible
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
💰 Pay Rate: $25–$29/hr INC or $20–$24/hr T4
We are looking for an experienced Operations Officer III with a strong background in banking/financial services, KYC, AML, and customer operations.
Must Have:
• 5–7 years of banking/financial institution experience
• Call center/contact center experience
• Hands-on KYC experience
• AML/compliance exposure
• Strong Excel, Word & Outlook skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and attention to detail
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications
• Conduct KYC checks and review client documentation
• Support AML-related requests and investigations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work with compliance/investigation teams
• Meet SLA and productivity targets
