🚀 Hiring: 4X Senior IT Project Managers – Infrastructure Modernization | Toronto
I’m hiring experienced IT Project Managers to support large-scale enterprise infrastructure refresh and hardware/software currency programs.

📍 Location: Toronto – Hybrid, currently 2 days onsite/week
(May increase to 3–4 days based on business needs)
💼 Contract: 12 months
💰 Rate: $103/hr Incop

🔹 THE OPPORTUNITY
Each Project Manager will take ownership of a major infrastructure workstream and drive delivery from planning through implementation, governance, cutover, and operational readiness.
Current workstreams include:
🔹 F5 Infrastructure Refresh
🔹 InfoBlox Currency Initiatives
🔹 Fortinet Currency Initiatives
🔹 AV / Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft 365 Currency

🔹 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
✅ Lead enterprise infrastructure refresh, migration, and modernization projects
✅ Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies
✅ Coordinate implementation windows, production cutovers, migrations, and deployments
✅ Manage RAID logs, project risks, issues, changes, and baselines
✅ Drive governance, approvals, reporting, and operational readiness
✅ Partner closely with network, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams
✅ Present project status, risks, and delivery plans to senior and executive stakeholders
✅ Coordinate vendor activities, resource requirements, and project financials
✅ Support go-live, stabilization, and hypercare activities

🔹 MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
🎯 10+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives
🎯 Strong experience with infrastructure migrations, technology refreshes, and modernization programs
🎯 Hands-on experience planning and coordinating production cutovers, implementation windows, and deployment activities
🎯 Proven ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, stakeholders, governance, and executive-level reporting

⭐ NICE TO HAVE
Experience delivering projects involving one or more of:
• F5
• InfoBlox
• Fortinet
• Network / infrastructure platforms
• Audio Visual infrastructure
• Microsoft Outlook / Microsoft 365 upgrades
• Financial services or banking environments
• PMP / PMI certification

The ideal candidate is a delivery-focused Project Manager who can work comfortably with highly technical infrastructure teams while maintaining strong ownership of planning, governance, communication, risk management, and execution.
