Business Analyst

📣 HIRING – CONTRACT – HYBRID TORONTO 📣

Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Business Analyst. The duration of the contract is 2 months to start (likely extend into the next phase for a total of 1 year, and potentially further) with a possibility of extension or conversion to permanent in downtown Toronto and it’s 3 days/week onsite.

Pay rate – $85/hr Inc. + HST

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

1) 10+ years of Business Analysis experience working on complex projects, preferably in financial services, risk management, or regulatory.
2) Experience operating under multiple project delivery frameworks (Waterfall, Agile)
3) Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Visio and experience with JIRA/Confluence.
4) Process improvement experience with an understanding of workflow analysis and design.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

1) Experience with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)
2) Experience as a Lead BA to help mentor/support other BAs on team (FYI they will not be managing them in this role)
