We’re Hiring: ServiceNow Solution Architect
📍 Location: Remote, Canada

🔹 Required Skills:
• 15+ years of overall IT experience with recent experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and workflow automation.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Workflow Design.
• Proven experience auditing ServiceNow tickets, workflows, and business processes.
• Experience identifying redundant, duplicate, and obsolete workflows, with recommendations for consolidation and standardization.
• Experience designing scalable governance models and zero-touch service management strategies.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes, service management, and enterprise platform optimization.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to drive ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
