🔹 Key Skills & Experience: –
• 6–8 years experience with OnBase / ECM and Microsoft SQL Server 2019.
• Strong L3 Incident & Problem Management, RCA, troubleshooting and permanent fixes.
• Expertise in OnBase architecture, configuration, workflow optimization, performance tuning, upgrades & migration.
• Strong API/middleware integration, document workflows and automation.
• Lead production releases, change governance, deployments and stabilization.
• Guide L1/L2 teams, improve MTTR, SLA adherence and system resilience
