Sr. Agile Coach

We’re Hiring: Sr. Agile Coach
Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
Rate: 110/hr

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 7 years of Agile Coaching, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or related experience.
– 6-7 years of Proven experience coaching agile teams while providing hands-on support for planning, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery execution.
– Demonstrated ability to identify risks, remove bottlenecks, and improve team effectiveness.
– Experience developing and managing delivery roadmaps, defining MVPs, and coordinating cross-functional dependencies to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
– Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Experience delivering complex transformation, digital, or customer journey initiatives.
– Product delivery and product management experience is an asset.
– Banking or financial services experience is considered an asset.
– Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other enterprise Agile methodologies
– Experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Workfront or similar platforms.
