Must Have Skills & Experience:
✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience integrating with hospital information systems such as Epic, Cerner, and MEDITECH
✅ Strong expertise in SMART on FHIR, FHIR APIs, HL7v2, Clinical Launch Context, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and secure healthcare application integration
✅ Strong ReactJS development experience building provider-facing and/or patient-facing web applications
✅ Strong Java & Spring Boot experience developing microservices, APIs, backend services, and integration components
✅ Experience with Mirth Integration Engine, including HL7v2 message routing, transformation, validation, troubleshooting, and production support
✅ Experience with clinical scheduling, encounter workflows, patient/provider context, healthcare data exchange, and hospital workflow integration
✅ Experience designing secure, scalable, accessible, auditable, and maintainable healthcare application components
