You will manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, contract administration, and consultant coordination while acting as a key liaison between ownership, municipal authorities, architects, engineers, and construction teams. The Project Manager will review project performance, manage risks, coordinate stakeholder meetings, and maintain project controls throughout all phases of development and construction.
Key responsibilities include supporting tendering activities, reviewing RFIs and change orders, monitoring project budgets and forecasts, coordinating project documentation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and development approvals.
