Senior Data Engineer

🚨Looking for a Senior Data Engineer for an financial industry client🚨

📍 Hybrid (3 days onsite) – Toronto, ON
⏰ 12 Months (with possibility of extension)
💰 $78/hr (INC) – MAX

Only candidates meeting ALL the following criteria will be considered

Required Qualifications:
-Mandatory 7-8 years of hands-on experience working directly within the asset management domain.
-Snowflake Proficiency: Deep, expert-level understanding of cloud data ecosystems, specifically Snowflake (including warehouses, query optimization, and cost governance).
-7+ years of experience in data-driven organizations leading large-scale, end-to-end data platform buildouts and pipeline development.
-5+ years of hands-on experience building data platforms using cloud-native technologies, with strong expertise in core AWS services (S3, EC2, EKS, Glue, SageMaker, Athena, Redshift).
-Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, and SQL, alongside experience designing APIs and microservices.
