🚀 Hiring: UX Designer – Senior (Service Designer)
📍 Location: Toronto

Looking for a Senior Service Designer with 7+ years of UX/Service Design experience, strong omni-channel expertise, user research, service blueprints, workshops, prototypes, and end-to-end enterprise design experience.
🔹 Experience with internal & external stakeholder engagement
🔹 Ability to lead service design initiatives and deliver innovative solutions
🔹 Strong understanding of policy, operations, technology, data, and governance
⭐ OPS/Public Sector experience is an asset
