🚨 Hiring: Senior Process Excellence Consultants – Banking Transformation 🚨

We’re looking for experienced Senior Process Excellence Consultants to support high-impact operational transformation initiatives within a major financial institution.
📍 Location: Toronto
🏢 Hybrid: 2–4 days onsite per week
⏳ Contract: 12 months, with potential extension up to 24 months
💰 Rate: $60/hr Incop

What You’ll Be Working On
• Lead current-state process mapping, root cause analysis, and future-state process design
• Facilitate workshops with senior business, operations, risk, control, and technology stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, controls, and client experience
• Develop target-state process maps, operating models, business cases, and benefit estimates
• Manage transformation workstreams, risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefit realization
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and governance reporting
• Identify opportunities involving waste elimination, automation, AI, and improved ways of working
• Support change adoption and the implementation of redesigned processes

Must-Have Experience
✅ 3–5 years of experience in process excellence, business transformation, operational improvement, management consulting, or project delivery
✅ Strong experience with end-to-end process mapping, redesign, and optimization
✅ Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, or another highly regulated environment
✅ Ability to work independently with VP-level and senior stakeholders
✅ Experience delivering process maps, current-state assessments, and target-state blueprints
✅ Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Whiteboard, Visio, Blueworks, or similar process-mapping tools
✅ Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting

Nice to Have
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Process excellence or continuous improvement certification
• Change management and adoption-planning experience
